General requirements:

• The condition of the interior and the exterior of the home at move-out should match the condition of the interior and exterior of the home at move-in, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Remove all personal belongings from the home, including but not limited to, belongings stored in attic spaces and resident furnished appliances, such as window unit air-conditioners, and washers and dryers.
• Changes to the property performed by the resident, such as accent wall paint, color change paint, ornamental light fixtures or fans, shall be restored to its original condition.
• All repairs performed by the resident shall be completed to a quality that is standard in the industry, subject to review by the maintenance team after move-out.
