Application Requirements

Review all application and qualification requirements outlined on the website before applying. Applicants must be of legal age (18 years and older) and provide all necessary documentation. 


Application Fee 

Application fees vary by state and are non-refundable. Most fees are $50 per adult 18 years of age and older. See Explanation of Fees for more details. 


Process & Timeline 

During the application process, applicants must respond to requests for communication or additional documentation within 24 hours. If you fail to provide the requested information within 24 hours, your application will automatically be canceled. 


After an applicant submits their application and required documents, Hudson Homes will notify applicants of screening results within three business days. If approved, applicants must sign the lease and pay the security deposit within 24 hours to secure the lease. 


Occupancy is generally required within 14 days of approval. Move in dates are generally unable to be changed. 


Required Documents  

Applicants must submit various income verification documents, such as pay stubs, bank statements, and employment letters. Additional documents may be required for self-employed/non-W2 employees.
