After you move in, we ask that you fill out a Property Inventory and Condition Form to record the current condition of your home.  

The Property Inventory and Condition Form can be found in the “Documents” section of your Resident Portal. Filling out this document does not create a maintenance request. However, it will assist you in your move -out.  

Please take the time to go through the checklist and record any condition notes, and upload it to your portal within 5 days of moving in.
