Application Fee: Most application fees are $50 for each adult 18 years of age and older living in the home, but vary by state. Application fees are non-refundable regardless of your screening outcome. With the exception of our Multiple Applications Policy, application fees are non-transferable and may not be applied to a new home. Application fees are valid for 30 days (except if your application is denied).

Admin Fee: This is a one-time, non-refundable fee due at the beginning of the lease term, where applicable by law. Monthly admin fees vary by state.

Security Deposit: A minimum deposit of one month’s rent is required when signing the lease. If an applicant is conditionally approved based on screening results, a deposit of 1.5x to 2x rent may be required.

Pet Fees: Pet fees depend on number of pets in the home and the state where the property is located. A refundable pet deposit is required at the beginning of the lease term, where permitted by law. Monthly pet fees/ pet rent varies by state.
