Third-Party Self-Tour Fee

$1.99 to $11.99

A fee charged directly from the third-party vendor, Rently, ranging from $1.99 to $11.99. This fee is used to cover the costs associated with using the third-party service, which allows prospective renter to tour a property at their convenience.

One-Time Pet Fee

$300/pet

A one-time, non-refundable fee of $300 per pet is due prior to move in for all residents who will have a pet in the home. The fee is intended to cover normal wear and tear and/or damage typically caused by animals.

Pool Fees

$175/month

A monthly pool fee of $175 per month applies to homes that include a pool on the property. This includes weekly pool service during pool season, and by-weekly pool service during non-pool season months, depending on the state. Pool service includes standard cleaning and chemical balancing. This fee does not apply to homes located in an HOA with a community pool. Refer to your lease for more details.

Third-Party Pet Fee

$20 to $30 pet/year

A fee charged directly from the third-party vendor, PetScreening.com, ranging from $20 to $30 per year per pet. This fee will cover the PetScreening profile. If you do not have a pet or your pet is an Assistance Animal, you will not incur a fee.

Pet Rent

$35 month/pet

A monthly pet rent fee of $35 per pet is an additional rent above the Base Rent. Pet REnt does not apply to qualifed service animals or emotional support animals in accordance with local laws. Work with your property manager if you need to add or remove a pet from your lease at any time during the lease term.
